Insurance
Dr. Schmidt is an in-network provider for most PPO insurance plans and Medicare. Please bring a valid insurance card when you come to the office. If you do not have proof of insurance coverage, you will be required to pay for the visit at the time of service.
Office Policies
If you have a co-pay, coinsurance, or deductible, it will be collected at the time of service.
Online Diagnosis
Cannot wait for an appointment? Visit Dr. Schmidt online with HealthLens. HealthLens allows you to send photos and clinical information to Dr. Schmidt for a remote evaluation. You will receive a diagnosis and treatment plan within 2 business days. Most patients receive a diagnosis even sooner.
